Progress Report on my attempts to get DQ1 Remake back to the way it was.

When my HDD sent all my files for this into the ether last time, I had hoped all I would have to do is just restore a bunch of graphics and event data I had lost. Just discovered I'll have to refactor my Small Medal code again. Thankfully, I already know what I need to do to make this work again, so it won't take too long to get the scripting fixed, but I'll have to re-do all the events where the player is handed Small Medals again, which is going to be tedious, as well as all the small medal shops and random drops. *sigh* In other news, I'm a third of the way refactoring all the graphics and redoing all dialogue events to have a new, improved portrait system, and this time there will be greater consistency in portrait art and more variation of character sprites, as well as some added NPCs to liven up some areas in need of fleshing out.
